Three Flowers in a Bunch Offered to God

Sr.Philsy S.H, Assam, Sr.Claire Jose F.C.C, Nagaland and Sr.Celine Jose F.S.M, Chennai are sisters from the same family Pulikathadathil, Chakkampuzha. Their grandfather was very friendly with Kunjachan. When Kunjachan was going on foot to see the D.C.M.S. families of that locality, he used to enter Pulikathadathil house as a resting place. The family still keeps with great veneration the small stool, commonly called in local language ‘Korandy’ on which Kunjachan preferred to sit. The Sisters joyfully shared their feelings of confidence in Kunjachan that whatever they asked, they would get, may be a continuing reward of the friendship between their family and Kunjachan.  The fact itself that the three sisters joined one after another in the service of the Lord is a great grace that the Lord did in return to the cordial welcome that the family had reserved to Kunjachan.  Sr. Claire Jose related the incidence of how their convent in Nagaland had been delivered from the threat of the insects following the prayers to Kunjachan.  Whenever they come home for holidays, they don’t forget to pay a visit to the Tomb of their Family Friend.
